Bantry Bay 2BR with Mountain Views

The property itself was very nice and matched the pictures, walking distance to shops and restaurants and was very clean

The washing machine was broken during our stay and we specifically booked a place with one as we were going to need one. The company ManageAir wasn’t particularly swift to respond or sympathetic so that wasn’t great. I have found them to not be a very professional company having not been willing to (even partially) refund a property with false advertising so don’t expect great service from them

Not a lot beside that the kitchen was well equipped.

the communication with the property agency was horrible. I contacted them regarding a urgent matter and they asked for pictures rather than handling the situation and find a resolution. the property looks nice but when looking closer the renovations are not well done and maintained. we chose an apartment as we would need to wash clothes and the whole stand it was stood on fell after the 3rd load, and it took ages to get it resolved. the property is missing battery lamps due to load shedding. late check out was not possible.

The place is excellent, exactly like the pictures. I completely fell in love with this little apartment. seriously enjoyed the stay. the location is great and the view of lions head was amazing ( especially at night with the stars).

the hill it is on is a little steep and a little bit too far of a walk to certain shops after a long day, but overall still in a nice location.
