Opulent Gem City Centre Getaway

It was actually the best, very clean with a touch of opulence indeed.

Overall decent stay. Comfy bed and enough space to relax. The agent managing this property was kind enough to allow me to park in the building's parking at no additional cost. This is however not a guarantee for future guests as this specific property does not have a dedicated parking bay in the building.

On the surface everything looked okay. There were however a few things that I feel needs attention: The space felt a bit cold and there was no rug as indicated in the advertised photos. The small heater also didn't work. The bathroom ventilation does not work properly and as a result there is mold on the shower ceiling. With bad to no ventilation (bathroom and living space - even with the window open), towels didn't dry properly and I had to use the floor fan to assist with drying. The entrance door latch is broken and one has to lock the door to keep the door from opening. I suggest that the company managing this property give attention to these items for future guests.
