Place was extremely dirty, shower was a mess, bodily fluids in the bed sheets. We packed up and left immediately.

The place was extremely dirty. There was bugs in the bathroom we waited long for keys upon arrival there were no towels in the bathroom all kitchen appliances was unclean

convenient for my daily activities.

The couch was unusable. Dirty and full of smoke burns. The chairs were broken. The shower is not properly designed. Spills water out of the bathroom. I was not told of there was no cleaning service for the room. Literally stayed all week with same bedding, towels, etc.

The view, the montain view was amazing I like it

the cleanness, customer service and the experience no wifi, I come for 7 days !!! the bad room is dirty the wifi doesn’t work! The custom service was really hard! cause she can do anything. I need a wifi for remote work! anything work!!! honestly 4/10 only the location and safety space 24/24 was good.

That there was spar and simply Asia available at the property which made it easier.

The host gave very poor service, when I walked in the mirror was cracked , the couch was torn the water would seep out of the glass and flood the bathroom area. The window was broken and I could not open the window and there was literally no air in the apartment and even all the insects were dying. The lights above the bed was full with dust and that led to me having hay fever and bad cough that I had to buy meds and the host knew everything yet still didn’t give a damn , I was told after 6 days I will have a free house keeping service and I stayed there 21 days and not one day did someone come to clean. It was absolutely disgusting and poor service from LA Stay property . It was just not worth staying there at all false hope . Just wasted my time and so not work it. I wouldn’t recommend La stay property to anyone at all totally disappointed.

The place was definitely comfortable and completely bug free, which was important to me. There was a washing machine in the unit (it's extremely loud when spinning), and the unit was equipped with everything. There's a smart tv, so you can watch netflix, etc. The apartment is front facing, so there is a beautiful view of Table Mountain. The bed in the unit is really comfortable, I have a bad back, and I had no issues when I woke up in the morning. Downstairs in the building there is a cafe, Simply Asia, and a supermarket. The building has a pool and a gym. If the window opened, I would've possibly extended.

When I arrived, it was obvious that someone had smoked in the unit. The smell of cigarette smoke was suffocating, and the windows didn't open, so during the duration of my stay, it was a stale odor. The furniture and curtains need to be updated as they had what appeared to be cigarette burns on them. I felt the cleaning could've been better. There were fingerprints all over the table and closet (these are small things, but it didn't make me feel secure about the proper cleaning of the place), leftover clothes on the top shelf of the closet from a past guest, and something sticky on the wall. I brung up my concerns to the property manager, and they sent cleaning up ASAP, but at that point, I wanted to do it myself, so I knew it was done properly. The bathroom had a smell, but maybe it was from the drain, which isn't the owner's fault.

It is a self catering unit. Great location

The bathroom had a smell coming from the drain. Open shower with a drain that’s not functioning properly. The unit needs an AC. The unit need lights for load shedding.

The atmosphere. The locations and the setup was great. Lovely place

The place was cold and there was not enough blankets or heater.
