Loft Apartment Cape Town The Waterkant

Perfect spacious apartment to explore Cape Town from, great location and felt safe, plenty of parking. The pool bar is a real gem for breakfast.

The AC got broken, but the owner arranged for someone to come and fix very soon. We had to change some things around on that day to be in the house when the repairmen came, and the timing given to us was very vague. Afterwards we found out that we couldn't set the AC below certain temperature otherwise it would freeze again - it would be helpful to know this beforehand (maybe add it to the welcome house rules) to avoid this from happening.

Excellent bed for a good night's sleep. Comfortable elsewhere.

Perhaps a bit more guidance needed on what we should be using from cupboards. Never worked out how to use TV! Potentially dangerous insecure roller mechanisms to doors as floor fittings had become insecure with sharp screws exposed.

Great location and very comfortable. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Some road noise, but it is city centre living.

Excellent location, walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. Safe compound with adequate security and measures to enable access to the compound. Dedicated parking, although not used. Very homey apartment, nicely defined with art and importantly well laid out. All the things you would require to be comfortable for a couple of days or much longer.

Negotiating the stairs with luggage, but a minor point. Because I didn't immediately read the messages from Alberto I had a challenge actually finding the place. I think this could be better defined on Booking.com.
