Loft Apartment Cape Town The Waterkant

Great location, very comfortable and had everything we required. Very spacious and great use of space, with secure on-site parking.

An awesome, secure apartment full of character, set in a lively location. The apartment was warm and welcoming- spotlessly clean and kitted with all the comforts of home ( kitchen fully equipped, washer/dryer, aircon, warm lighting, candles, cleaning products etc. ) Alberto was super cool, communicating promptly and graciously understanding. The no loadshedding is a huge bonus and the easy access to some of my favourite restaurants and shops in Cape Town made this stay magnificent. I highly recommend Alberto’s Waterkant loft!

Great location, close to everything you need. Spar and cape quarter plus many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The area is safe and the staff on-site are so very friendly and helpful! Apartment is wonderful, chic, well equipped, comfortable and cozy. I loved that a bidet was available and the shower is nice and big. Could have easily stayed a lot longer! Will definitely come here again next time I'm in town.

You can hear some noises from the street at night.

Great apartment option for Waterkant. Secure parking, spacious modern loft conversion apartment with character kitted out with everything you would need. Bars of Waterkant are an easy walk and I even walked down to Bo Kaap and city bowl from there.

Location is excellent

Very low noise insulation. I could hear the neighbors' footsteps when they were going up and down the stairs. The road noise is also very prevalent from inside the apartment.
