Výborná poloha blízko nákupní ulice a blízko pobřežní promenády. Hotel čistý, bezpečný, vše pro přípravu kávy a čaje k dispozici.

Hotel neuměl doplnit do faktury za ubytování specifické údaje, o 20% vyšší kurz místní měny vyzvednuté z bankomatu na recepci hotelu.

Gostei muito do quarto.

Location appeared to be good but was not

It was obvious that there were security concerns and our glass door had clearly been broken before.

Had a really good experience overall. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with plenty of shops nearby. The beach is also only about a 3-minute walk away. I booked through Booking.com and mistakenly thought I had booked a different apartment. When I arrived with my kids, I realized it wasn't what I had expected. I spoke to the manager, explained the situation, and he was very understanding. Even though I could have lost my refund based on the Booking.com policy, they took the time to understand my mistake and kindly arranged a refund for me. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how helpful and accommodating they were. Thank you for the understanding and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Friendly staff that accommodated late check in. Room is neat and has all that you would need from a guest house

When we collected the keys the staff were very unhelpful and somewwhat rude. We had to call someone by cell phone to speak about the room. The room was not as advertised. The location was very noisy. The tea and coffee in room was inadequate (one tea bag for a five day stay), And no complimentary chocolates or refreshments were provided as advertised,
