Nothing.

Ammonia (jik) fumes and cockroaches make for strange bed fellows. Active commercial building site the directly in front of the window make ma views irrelevant and silence impossible. Chairs are tarnished and th kitchen in disrepair with geyser exposed.

Great location and ocean views.

Cockroaches in the apartment. Please fumigate atleast once a month. The door handles for most doors inside the aprtment are loose. Regular maintenance checks will help.

"Perfect quiet place for a vacation"

The close proximity to the beach and restaurants. It was also very neat and it is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Spacious, plenty of space for a family of 4.

Most of the tourist attractions (table mountain, Camps Bay beach, Boulders Beach, etc) are far from the area, so a car is needed to drive around.
