Great property with wonderful view . In particular the bathroom was beautifully presented.

Kitchenette would benefit from a hot plate to prepare food , otherwise fantastic facilities .

"Peaceful Haven"

Close to Wellington but another world. Beautiful views of sea and Kapiti Island, olive groves, flowers, birds and peaceful feeling. Nice hosts.

A shower stool and chair in the bathroom for people with balance/mobility issues would have been nice. Also somewhere to store the food we brought with us- the kitchen was very small. Still enjoyed our stay though.

Breakfast OK - lots of choices Beautiful view past olive trees to Kapiti Island Piano!

Spacious bathroom, but no handrails near toilet or in shower so not suitable for my disabled wife. Plastic chair in shower could be partial solution.

Very simple and nice, just what we wanted.

The only thing I did not like was the couch, to nice to sit on and not over comfortable. But they set the style for the unit. They are lovely

"Apartment 45 a little delight"

The owners are polite, friendly and very welcoming making you feel at home straight away. The views from the apartment are stunning giving you a panoramic view of the surrounding area and Kapiti Island. It is a great sized apartment for a group of 4 adults, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom and living area, with comfortable beds, and a lovely selection of bread, cereals, yoghurt and homemade fruit in juice which tasted amazing. It's a working olive grove and you can purchase the olive oil.
