Casa do Milho

Lovely peaceful location. Just a few apartments with a lovely pool and beautiful gardens. Plenty of parking space. Shops and Restaurants nearby. Our room was part of a old Windmill that stood on the area many years ago delightful.

Unfortunately our room didn't have air-conditioning, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. We stayed Friday to Thursday and expected fresh towels within a few days but they weren't changed and had started to smell bad..maybe a lite clean as well would have helped. This was our 1st self-catering holiday in Portugal maybe they do things a little different ..

It was a spacious studio,, very beautiful view, nice pool. Very familiar and friendly. We recommend it strongly.

Really great location--10 min walk to small grocery store, 10 min walk to both the beach and the start of the seven hanging valleys trail. We really liked the beach here --beautiful cliffs, some shade (at least in the first half of the day), and on the day we went the wind wasn't bad so the waves were very gentle--i was able to swim, which I usually don't do cuz the ocean freaks me out. If you just walk up to the top of the cliff (10 min) you can see a great sunset. It was great to have a kitchen and full fridge. The hot plate worked well for cooking. Loved the patio and pool on site, it was very nice for relaxing between activities and having morning coffee. View is amazing from the patio. Room felt very spacious.

Heerlijk bed met fijn beddengoed en kussens. Ruime kamer. Fijn zwembad waar zelden een andere gast was. Mooi uitzicht en op loopafstand (12 minuten) van zee

De eigenaar heeft een grote hond die erg waaks is en ‘s nachts zeer regelmatig lang achter elkaar blaft. Toen ik er wat over zei, heeft de gastvrouw de hond op het terras gezet waardoor deze minder vaak aansloeg
