A localização

O piso do Apartamento estava completamente em obras, com outras casas a serem remodelaras, logo não correu bem a estadia. No 1 dia ao chegar estava uma nuvem de pó das obras dos outros apartamentos, e os corredores cheios de pó e a casa por sua vez também tinha pó, a porta da rua não oferece segurança, tem folga e parece já ter sido arrombada, através da porta o pó passava por baixo e de lado da porta. Já para não falar que hás 8h da manhã, começavam a trabalhar os funcionários da obra, logo começavam com o pó e o barulho. Isto repetiu-se durante toda a estadia, quando chegávamos da praia estava tudo sujo e mau aspecto, acho que nunca devia ser permitido alugar um apartamento num local em obras. Contactei o gestor da reserva para passar o que se passava e foi dito que seria feito um reembolso de 70% , espanto meu, para além de não reembolsarem nada, deixam de dar resposta. Nunca pensei que alguém aluga-se uma casa nestas condições.

El apartamento fantástico, la ubicación, la amplitud, la cocina super equipada, soy cocinero, incluso con productos para cocinar, especies, etc, solo utilice las cápsulas de café, gracias !!! de lo demás llevaba, la urbanización está siendo adecentada pero no en esta parte, no le pongo 10 por la falta de piscina, aunque el mar está a 100 metros, el restaurante de abajo de lujo....espero volver!!

No encuentro ningún motivo o aspecto que me desagradara....

The location and views. Two bathrooms was a definite plus and the supplies for the beach were awesome to have. The host was very responsive.

Because of the construction, it was busy and there was a weird smell in the hallway. Parking was a bit of a problem as there is only street parking.

The location was amazing! Beautiful beach right next to the property! Convenient to have a kitchen as well! Overall very clean!

The door banged in the wind, the AC was leaking, and the WiFi didn’t work for us.

The location was amazing had a nice ocean and cliff view property was massive 2 bedrooms 2 bath living room and kitchen with a beautiful patio

Alexander, a building manager/rep, was helpful and communicative and did his best to address issues.

1)Our arrival was delayed by the Heathrow closure situation so we were moved from a renovated apartment with a view to an older one with no view, 2)Renovations were ongoing so there was occasional noise, 3)The lower level we were on was musty/smelly in the hallways, 4)There were wiring issues so our power went out when we tried to use more than one space heater, 5)We had one day when the power went out consistently in the morning as we were trying to prepare to go out and we had to reset the circuit breaker ever 2-3 minutes for over an hour in order to be able to shower and dress, 6)We can home late one evening and wanted to open a bottle of wine, only to find that there was no corkscrew in the unit, 7)We never received a reply on how to get into the parking area so we parked in the street most days if there barrier to the parking area was down, 8)The unit was clearly in need of some upgrade...it was very old and tired.

Location

Only the ocean view, the location. Carvoeiro its small charming and beautiful city. A place that have to be seen. I didn’t chosen the correct rental Apto. But now I know better.

For the beginning, we arrive later because our 2 flights were delayed. And we need go get the rental car. I send a message to the Apto manager to inform him about our delayed. When we arrive at location we couldn’t find the looks keys, because the pictures was taken from the lock keys was from day time. We arrive at night was dark and the place didn’t have a good lights, made it impossible to find the lock that wasn’t visible. So we started calling him many times from around 10:30 with no answers to give us instructions where keys were. Finally he answer around 11: 45. They left wrong key in the look box. We couldn’t open and we starting calling him again, and again he didn’t answer. Until his cleaners come to give us the correct keys. The place no open restaurant, we had to go sleep hungry . The Apto smelling was odd with no heating. In the morning we couldn’t take coffee because they don’t left at less 2 capsules for the coffee machine. So I have to find a place to buy. Since I didn’t knowledge the brand machine. I bought wrong capsules( details the capsule for his coffee machine you only find in the Intermarché and Apolónia.). So we have to go have a breakfast in somewhere else. The apto didn’t have a Toaster, oven or small oven. The kitchen has 1 pan and 2 very small pots without lids . So you have only one good pan for cook. For who rent for 42 day. And we pay almost €2,000.00, we expected to find more efficient utensils and appliances to cooking. After I called him to complain about the heat that I specifically asked him when I book, and he said yes all rooms have heating. And only in the living room and in the bathroom has. The bedroom hasn’t heating. Took 2 days for we have a toaster and 4 days for we have heating in the bedroom. The internet is good only if stay in the living room. The Tv only the news. Luck us we took our IPad to watching movies.
