pool big kids happy but must give code number room gym good 👍 but no not easy to get to, you have to get there from the other side, nice and helpful security of the facility

"Good place if it would be well maintained."

Since we wanted to be close to the Sinulog 2024 we had booked this place. The location was at your door steps - perfect. It is also perfect if you want be close to a mall SM Seaside - walking distance 30min. Taxi maybe 5min. Parking for an extra charge can be arranged.

The pictures as advertised are from the time as it was build and new. Our apartment was not really as it was shown nicely in the pictures. We had some insects issue. According to the owner a problem in the whole building. We believe, even then cleanliness would solve this problem.
