Pool area the clubhouse was fantastic. Very secured area close to SM Seaside

Exceptional nice swimming pool. Quiet peaceful location. About 7 min drive from SM Seaside. The free drinking water. Thank you Joseph!! All as promised on the site. Clean.

The apartment is good for 2; for 4 people it would be rather small.

I like how accommodating the staffs are. We could enjoy the facilities especially the pool. The room is also good and clean. Kuya Nelson, the care taker is very nice to us and gave us all the information we needed about the stay. They are very responsive as well. My mom and siblings really enjoyed our night there.

The location is a bit isolated. The taxis we ask to go to the location would ask to have additional payment because of the location.

We had fun in the pool and the owner was very hospitable. We appreciate the huge bottle of drinking water that was already prepared. We had a comfortable stay over all :)

Close to shopping malls and restaurants. Pool was well maintained. Hosts were very prompt in solving our issues.

Location not the best for catching taxi or Grab car. Internet connection is very weak. To get into the swimming pool. I was forced to pay for a swim nappy for my toddler who is fully toilet trained. I understand that there are rules in place for children under 3 to wear them but it has no logic. Rule should ONLY be applied to children who are not fully toilet trained and not be based on age.

Clean and well located to SM seaside and restaurants and stalls across the highway along the shore line Everything in condo worked and if it wasn’t it was fixed ASAP

I really liked my stay there especially the unit that I rent.
