Ezeniel's Place at Horizons 101 Condominium

You are basically paying for an airconditioned space near downtown Cebu.

Unit badly needs repair. Most annoying is the fact that water leaks into the floor whenever you use the kitchen sink.

Bath and toilet was in very poor situation, no hot water and insects all over the place

The location was the best.

We didnt have the futon bed as described in the unit. The toilet cover is detached, the toilet sink is blocked (we informed the contact but it wasnt fixed, and there was no follow through), there leakage in the toilet room. Towels looked too old (countless usage already).

I read a lot of bad reviews but to be fair to everyone, the unit is decent and you will get what you paid for. It is one of the cheapest I booked and the caretakers were so nice to us. They dont deserve the negative comments and low ratings here

-no toiletries -door knob was broken upon entering the room

The location and cost per night are okay. The staff was assistive and addressed our concerns, although the concerns were not entirely solved.

We stayed at room 21H and the cupboard under the sink smells. My bf spent hours killing small cockroaches so we always had spray everyday. The internet was also just globe prepaid wifi and was not sufficient and slow. When we arrived the water was not turned on so they had to turn it on for us and the hot and water shower did not work as well as the faucet so they had to replace all of them on the first and second day of our stay.

First of all, it is important to note that this is not the first time I booked this place - that itself is a testament as to how much we like this place. Booked this room for my family as my grandpa just got out of the hospital (Chong Hua) and the next ship to our province i snot until Monday. I like how the owner responds quickly even to my daughters who were there helping my mom with my grandpa. The entire place was spacious and clean, it had a balcony and a view of the pool. The WIFI was strong. My fam had to extend for a few hours and Riza accommodated them accordingly. Will definitely stay again! Special thanks to Riza for giving my fam a lower floor coz my grandpa gets dizzy on higher floors. Lastly, the price is on point for the location!

The elevator was always crowded. For a 50-story bldg, the management should have put 6 elevators instead of 4.
