The host is accommodating.

The staff of the condominium are too strict and unapproachable.

I like the location near everything you need. Very convenient. Aside from that I really like the rooms they offered us! You can view the city. Even though we are staying on the 45th floor, the water pressure is still extremely strong. This is a good thing because usually, water pressure weakens at higher floor

Well, the only thing that bothers me, is when I ask about the light bulb from one room we occupied, no lights in the bathroom. I asked the host but no one showed up. And the bed that we used is not comfortable. Needed to change.. Well, it's okay we're not going to stay one more night because we're going to Bohol.

The location is not bad.

The worst place I ever booked online. Never been this disappointed of what I have paid for. Not clean, kitchen is not even functional even the electric kettle is not working, bathrooms stinks I even bought a deodorizer just so I can use the bathroom. I informed them that we will be a group of 5, still the pillows they prepared are only for 3 and only 2 blankets. The sheets doesnt feel and look fresh, in general its the worst.

The owner was accommodating, she let us check in early and check out late with 100 PHP per hour additional.

However, the building itself is old and everything inside needs repairs/maintenance. The shower head falls on my head as the head holder is damaged. The dresser needs repair or thrown away. The room itself needs attention, there were webs in the shower walls. The rangehood is not working and on top of it was a small cabinet that will surely fall if you touch it.
