Die Lage ist sehr gut: Direkt gegenüber der SM shoppng mall. Wir waren anlässlich des Sinulog Festivals dort und haben den Ausblick auf das Feuerwerk aus dem 28. Stock sehr genossen. Das Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu, hat aber allen Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Im 5. Stock befindet sich ein SPA Bereich mit Schwimmbad. Das Personal im Erdgeschoss ist sehr freundlich und das Einchecken trotz Sinulog ging innerhalb von wenigen Minuten.

If we couls give zero rating for this place we would. We arrived late at night and the person in the reception accomodated us right away and gave access to the room however he was very disorganised. When we entered the room, multiple cock roaches ran out from under the bed with different sizes from medium to very small. The cockroaches were also in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled so bad that even keeping the door closed all the time didn't help. The toilet cleaning material was dirty and there was no toilet brush holder. The cleaning mop was also stored beside toilet bowl which was dirty and wet. The shower floor waste was not draining properly, we had to clean the floor waste to allow the water from shower to flow. It was clogged with hair and grime. The Netflix password supplied did not work and when we contacted the owner they made it very difficult to reset as the account apparently was not in their name. We left 3 days short of our visit and found other accommodation.

I would not come here again. The room had many cockroaches and other bugs. The AC gets incredibly loud and you *cannot* sleep without earplugs. There was only one very thin blanket in the bed. One pot still had some soup from another guest. The elevator is super busy and one needs at least 5 minutes per direction. On top of all that, they even charge money for luggage storage.

Ownet as well as staff serves a great servive, as a solo travller I felt safe and very accessible to sm and everything. Transportation can be easily access
