Sheets were not so cleaned, check-in process wasn’t the best.

The room was smelling and there were on going construction/ repairs in the building resulting a lot of noise half of the days, No service for cleaning was provided (change towels and cleaning Toilet basket) The position outcome was the amazing view of the lake That’s all.

Bathroom door didn't lock, check in and check out instructions were poor

Wir waren 2 Wochen zum Arbeiten dort und es war eine Zumutung! Die Ausstattung war lieblos: stumpfe Messer in der Küche, klapprige Stühle kurz vor dem Zusammenbrechen auf dem Balkon, keine Weingläser und das in Italien, uvm. Das schlimmste war jedoch, dass die Wohnung entgegen der angegebenen Ausstattung keine Klimaanlage hatte! Das war bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur ab mittags zum arbeiten unzumutbar. Des Weiteren ließ sich die Kühlschranktüre nicht richtig schließen, sodass wir regelmäßig unsere Lebensmittel wegwerfen mussten. Darüber hinaus war das gesamte Gebäude total hellhörig und der Lärm von der Straße bis tief in die Nacht hinein extrem laut! Das bedeutete für uns zwei Wochen kaum Schlaf, früh raus zum Arbeiten und dann in der Wohnung Schwitzen bis zum Feierabend. Anstrengend! Das einzig positive war der Blick auf den See, das war es aber auch schon.

The view was excellent, very nice part of lucca. In a qiet area with restaurants and shops aboit 20 min walk. Very clean and comfortable.

It is a long journey for people who walk so maybe a welcome drink or bottled water on arrival as the walk to proerty is very steep in parts

location and view was lovely. walk to the center was very nice from the property. having onsite parking that is secure in that area was great bonus.
