Great location with beautiful view over the lake. Has all the amenities needed, comfortable bed.

Host/staff mismanaged their bookings which meant the self check in failed. After some back and forth and with one of the staff coming to help us out we were finally relocated to another flat. This was an unpleasant inconvenience and added unnecessary stress of having to potentially look for another accommodation last minute. The host did then offer us an extended check out time, which was welcomed.

It was a nice small apartment with everything you need for a short stay. The view was amazing. The owner left a helpful guidebook and was always happy to answer any questions. When shower wasn’t working it was fixed quickly and he was respectful about whether we wanted to be there when it happened or not.

It was a bit of an uphill walk from everything, but that can’t be helped! Just be aware if your taking luggage etc.

Rooms are ok, clean and with a nice view

Showering in one of the rooms is a problem - could not avoid using the rain-shower and was an issue to wash the kids.

It was a nice room with a kitchen and bathroom. View was also great. Comfortable bed and Car park was easy to access.

The room is useful but with a small touches it’d be way better. Shower cabin is very small. Also kitchen is very small. Wi-Fi was not working properly. I was thinking that I’d have a balcony depending on the pictures, unfortunately the apartment doesn’t have a balcony and I learned that after check in.

Parking lot is a huge advantage in this area. Appartment was nice and clean.

Make sure you pay the city tax before arrival and bring something against mosquitos. Walking back from the city center might be a bit difficult as it is a very steep way up the hill.

Nice location with beautiful view on the lake, 10 mins walk from centre where all restaurants and shops are. Apartment has all needed equipment, even washing machine.

There was no option for breakfast, so not applicable

Would have been nice if they left shampoo and conditioner in the apartment. There was a nice body soap, but they could have left more amenities. Also an extra set of towels would have been nice. We had expected to rent a car. At the last minute, our plans changed. One certainly doesn't need a car to get around Lake Como, but to / from the apartment was challenging. There is a 1 km walk from the town, and it's up a steep hill. Since there are very few taxis in Chernobbio, this made it much harder to get to the apartment with our luggage. And for people who are not that fit, this would be a disaster without a car.
