This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Tamarind Suite by DreamScape in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

"Unplanned trip..kids not happy"

I like the location...so many things is just around the corner🤗😍🤩

It was my unplanned vacation...so i dont bring along swimming suit for my 3kids..so they cannot enjoy swimming🥺😔

Didnt manage to try out the breakfast because kind of rushing in the morning.

Need to revise the direction towards mailbox and to vacant parking site, because management has revised the flow of traffic, the video given was a little bit outdated and after completed 4 rounds i managed to familiarize the layout of building. The tv set was not connected to aerial, hence it was merely a display.

strategic, got a lot of places to go on free time

1. no plastic bags were given, had to buy it ourselves. 2. toilet was not cleaned, and no toiletries (also have to buy it ourselves) 3. there was a time where the building had no water. THE STAFF DID NOT INFORM US AND ONLY INFORMED WHEN WE ASKED! 4. instructions for check in was bad. 5. WHEN CAN I HAVE MY DEPOSIT BACK?!?! 6. Have wifi but no connection. have tv but no channels, no netflix, no nothing. and the search history on youtube was 18+
