This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Tamarind Suite by DreamScape in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

"The stay was nice but some part needs attention and taken care."

The unit is so beautiful and spacious. Aircond, hair dryer and iron work well. Easy access to swimming pool and gym. The beds are comfy, the sheets are clean.

The toilet is dirty and the door lock didnt work. The kitchenware provided are not enough for all guests. Confusing parking direction. Not enough cloth hangers

Bad, Bad, and Bad..! I booked for 2 weeks and arrived at 10:00 pm after 10 hours flight, no one was waiting for me and after lots of whatsapp communications, I finally got the key. The Apartment was too dirty and in need of a complete revamp, the sheets/blankets were too dirty, so I had to leave the place and find some other place to crash in. I complained to them and asked for reimbursement, but they said to talk to booking.com. I could not reach booking.com to post my complaint and my payment is gone. The management of DreamScape are so bad and lack of professionalism.

The location is perfect for transit. It is close enough to KLIA2 and KLIA and has a lot of restaurants, cafes, grocer etc. The facilities overal are great for someone who doesn't have a car, we basically do not have to leave the apartment complex and really enjoy the swimming pools.

The house itself need a bit of TLC. The bathroom is mouldy and not clean. We didn't even want to shower in there. There are tiles missing on the stairs which is very dangerous when we were travelling with child. Furniture is tired. Overall we are not too happy with it and will not book it again.
