This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Tamarind Suite by DreamScape in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

"Very bad staff"

only the beds were okay

I accidentally lost the card. The staff charged me more than the normal payment of the card. I had to transfer 200rm just for the card and the staff i guess just put it in his own pocket. Because the account was not the company account the he asked me to transfer.

The location was strategic

You need to improve regarding on cleaning at toilet, u need to put big mat at your kitchen and toilet. The line channel tv was very bad.

"I had a very happy and memorable time during my business tour."

A good clean environment with beautiful scenery and walking places around the building. Good parking, swimming pool, Gym and lift. Many good restaurants around the building, Grocer shops and shopping mall are very convenient for visitors.

Check-in time should be 2:00 PM onwards. Tamarine Suite Dreamscape should give more TV channels. The Smart Key should be kept in a different mail box instead of pooling 3-4 in one. Should give more cooking appliances such as dish and pots.
