This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Tamarind Suite by DreamScape in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of MYR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

place is really strict and the security is high.

two of the plugs did not function (tv area and sink area). So, the usage of electrical was limited. please repair and upgrade the plugs.

The enviroment.

The check in system..i have to wait more than 16 minute just to take the key which is the key not in the mailbox. I have to wait a msg from the host. One of my family members almost locked from the inside and there is no keys for the bathroom

Restaurant and mall just down the apartment. swimming Pool is good.

Toilet flush is faulty.. need to flush 3 4 time Toilet bidet is broken.. Tv not functioning.. Instruction parking not same as given. Staff is not friendly and rude. Deposit refund take more than 24 hour to received.

Scam!! Worst experience!! It was nothing like in the photo, host didnt even sweep the house as I entered saw dead bugs n caterpillar right at entrance, smells funny n dirty n with mosquito! Cancellrd booking immediate but host refuse to refund. It was a scam

i like the design overall

but the cleanliness is a problem because theres a strong smell inside the apartment nearby the kitchen and then the toilet shiuldve been cleaner
