1. I booked around 11 pm. 2. The host single tick me at WhatsApp. I waited 20 mins. Still single tick. 3. My friend text her/him. He/she replied 10 mins after. 4. To be informed I book the home thru booking in front of this house. AND I HAVE NO ISSUE TO CHECK IN IMMEDIATELY. 5. The host replied late. And he didn't pick up the call. 6. We are rush to check in before 12 midnight but The host seems "Saja NAK KENAKAN US" REPLIED LATE. 7.He /She requested to pay deposit RM 150. I did very quickly. 8. WE CHECK IN AROUND 12.06 AM because of the lateness replied by the host. 9. The house totally not same in the picture. It's different Unit. The sofa is feel wood, the BED and Blanket also bad, worst and smelly, and TO WATCH NETFLIX OR PRIME MUST USE OUR OWN ACCOUNT.!!??? 10. The next day we check out early around 8 am. 11. But when we are ask about the deposit refund, the host deducted RM 88 because he said it's the charges for the late check in. What ??? He replied us late because wanna charge us the late check in? I keep ask my money. But he replied F WORD TO ME. Another thing he didn't mention at the first if we late check in the certain amount must be deducted. And no such thing in the details. 12. I am so angry!!! PLEASE ANYONE DON'T STAY HERE! BOOKING PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THE HOST. REMOVE HIM!

The host late reply , I already text the host at WhatsApp , I was at the place and the maintance say can't park & apartment rent a fullbook !! the procedure is nonsense , last time I book with booking.com very easy, (tamarind square)

Very bad and rude communication with person in charge. Wifi connection slow and not refund deposit with full amount. Carefull with this onwer.
