The delivery at 4.30 at the bakery below every morning and the generator from the bakery at 6.30 every morning

The apartment was clean tidy view was spectacular Ideally situated.

Shower doors opened in the wrong direction, could do with a bit of deep cleaning. Only one teaspoon.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well appointed.

The apartment was over a bakery and each morning we were awakened at 6.20am by the noise of their fan outside the window. The floor vibrated and the noise so unpleasant that we had to get up and move to the front of the house. The location on the harbourside should have been great but there was scaffolding and a net obscuring the view. I booked it for the view. We were not told about this until after we had paid so couldn’t relocate to a different property. Whereas the scaffolding is short term they should do something about the noise as this would effect all visitors in the early morning.

The appartment was very hot and a little noisy early in the morning due to the Bakery below

The location and reception view is good. The kitchen is perfect.

The bedroom is too close to the church and can see clearly many sepulchres from the room. Not suggest to open the window.

Superb apartment. Very comfortable, right in the heart of the town. Would definitely return

Minor downside is the parking. Great to have private parking space, but visitors should be prepared for the consequences of so many birds roosting overhead!

Great, central location and with parking. Fabulous views over the harbour. Well appointed, comfortable, clean and more spacious than we expected. Perfect for our weekend stay. Highly recommended.

Generator from shop below came on quite early in the morning for a short while but won’t stop us from re-booking for our next stay in Dartmouth. Thank you.
