Easy 10/15 minutes from local town centre. Very clean.

No heating in the shower / toilet area. No comfortable /easy single chair in bedroom.

Lovely and clean place, walking distance to the harbour. Parking by the front door!

The apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable. Quiet at night. Absolute credit to the owners/housekeepers. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Just right for us and our short stay. We walked into town every day which gave us a great view of the boats and along the river.

Parking was awkward as we have a big car. Missed the entrance to the lane because of parked vans and motor homes obscuring the entrance. We parked up on the road as lane was too tight. However none of this would stop us from going again. The road into Dartmouth was blocked so if we needed to take the car it was a long trip round. Not the fault of the owners though! Water in the shower could've been a bit warmer however not a deal breaker by any means.

Fantastic building and the setting was superb, plenty of space, quite, 10- 15 minute walk to Dartmouth.

The building is old and I suppose it should be expected areas of Damp can be seen, also the shower room needs attention.

Spacious apartment, comfy bed. 50m from Warfleet creek and coast path. Allocated parking space by front door.

Long standing problems with damp and mould which should definitely be addressed before having people stay as we have come back with chest infections from breathing in mould spores. Unable to get sky TV so had to call property managers which was resolved. The only direct road to Dartmouth was closed which we were only told after we had paid!!! Means either a 20min walk into Dartmouth or a 10min drive so bear in mind.

Location the building. Car parking and spacious well kept accommodation
