Location was fabulous

The property was very nice, clean and spacious in a very quiet part of Dartmouth. It was split over two floors and had a lovely modern feel in what is a very old building. We loved the old stone feature walls within. The apartment was full equipped with all that you needed for a self catering holiday, the bed very comfortable indeed and the shower fabulous! Communication from the management/owner was very clear and our queries were responded to very quickly.

There were clear signs of a damp/water issue in this property and the bedroom and ensuite smelt of this. On a couple of warm nights the smell was a bit overwhelming. It was hard to see out of the front windows in the living room which looked towards the water. They appeared quite dirty or stained like the seal had gone on the glass and water had penetrated making them look like they were full of condensation. Parking was also difficult. There is a garage but it's very tight and, with cars parked to the front of it, it made it very difficult to park. Definitely not for a beginner or a large car. It was also impossible to park on the road above which was always full of holiday makers and overnight camper-vans.

Beautiful property, with parking which was a massive bonus. Couldn't get a better location.

Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well equipped.

Although the details advised the entrance to the garage is narrow, with cars parked right outside it was pretty much impossible to park in it. On arrival, the apartment was very cold and took until the next day to actually warm up.

Very peaceful. Wonderful location, 1 minute walk to Warfleet Creek. 20 - 30 minute pleasant walk into town. Normally a 5 minute drive into town, but the road was closed, so 15 minutes. Ferries across the river run regularly. Garage for car. Very nicely decorated rooms - comfortable and warm. Well equipped.

Possibly a little but of heat in the hallway, though not a problem for us. A sensor light outside the front door would be useful.
