Liked that it was clean. The staff was efficient and friendly when I had a problem. The communication with the staff member was quick & responsive. The cutesy touches like the chocolate & cookies was adorable. I appreciated the fan especially because I felt I couldn't open the window because of the outside noise. The apartment itself is quite beautiful.

The DSTV didn't work but the minute I called for assistance the staff was efficient & helpful. It was challenging to put the keys back into the drop box, it's quite a small space. The noise from outside was alot.

Short drive from airport, safe parking . Quite in the night , very clean and nicely decorated. Good for excursion towards downtown.

Booking.com instructions where vague and arriving late the security team assisted in locating the key box and room. The system is easy to navigate once found and decoded.

Receiving the keys was fine and my overall stay was good, I'd love to come back.

However, getting the keys back inside the lockbox was a minor struggle and not being able to smoke at the pool also stung a bit.
