The location was good, there’s a Woolies next door and many food places within a walking distance. The building itself is clean, secure and quiet. The host is very responsive on Whatsapp and they attend to issues timeously. The apartment matches the pictures, nice and spacious.

I noticed a few areas for improvement. Specifically, some of the furniture and fixtures, like the table and doors which could benefit from some maintenance or repair. However, as soon as the issues were raised they were fixed the next day.

The place was clean, comfortable, well maintained, quiet, peaceful and tastefully furnished.

I loved the property, and it was close to the main atractions as well as the city center. Also the building has a private gym and a swimming pool. The host were very friendly, even though I didn’t have any problems with the property. I really recommend this property to everyone staying in Cape Town

The only thing that they could change is the Kitchen supplies, as it was poorly built

The apartment itself is a nice apartment. However, there were many things that made our stay terrible. The bathroom was very moldy, we were not sure if this would be detrimental to our health. Also, the kitchen accessories from cutlery to the pots and pans were dirty. Most of the furniture was chipped and the walls and floor had seen better days. After we told the landlords, we were assured that the matter would be investigated. Unfortunately, nobody got back to us, even after repeated requests. We are very disappointed and would definitely not book again.

The apartment is in a secure, well maintained building. The management and staff is friendly with a petrol station next door who has woolies and very good pizza and illy coffee take aways. The bed mattress was firm and bedding clean to have a good nights rest.

The study desk is worn out en needs proper maintenance and paint. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and we did not use the bathroom cabinet because of the wear & tear & stains. The WiFi stopped working after a day and required the service provider who managed to fix after 3 days. There is also no remote to go out of the parking require hooting and hoping someone will open which was very frustrating.
