location is very central

Wi-Fi does not work and staff made no efforts to help. Kitchen equips minimal. strong smell of cheap room perfume Couch bed is very dirty.

Very dirty room. The floor is not cleaned or washed. The bedding is dirty and not changed and full of foreign hair. There are ants running around the room. The air conditioner does not freeze. The staff does not solve problems.

it was fabulously located for what we needed. Very easy to find. Very well equipped. Even had a shared washing machine. we were able to unload and then park our motor bike legally very close by.

once inside, access to apartments is via metal stairs or a lift. the upstairs guests came home late and made a lot of noise getting up the metal stairs and then rearranging furniture.

I was looking for a central location in Algeciras for a few days and just by looking at the name of this property, you would think it fits the bill, and it does. It is placed very close to a square on the high side of Algeciras, but still every close to the sea front. In close proximity there are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and even a free municipal parking (down next to the sea front, some 200m away). About the free parking, it is actually completely free, but there are some guys roaming the place and being helpful by pointing out where there may be a free spot - they were helpful and they expect a tip, 1euro seemed to be enough each time. The apartment is clean, has a good view and has a well equipped kitchen. The bed and sofa are nice and comfortable, overall we had a very good experience the two days we've been here and would come again.

Getting in the property was slightly harder than it should be, but now that I've seen this system it'll be easier next time. Basically the first step is getting the keys from a safe locked with a bicycle-like code. Then with the keys, you follow some instruction on the door to put the key in and pull/push on the handle in a few ways to get the door open. Now I am quite positive I know what clockwise and anti-clockwise means, and the sign on the door is exactly the opposite of what opened the door for us. If you follow the instruction the lock stays locked, doing the opposite opens it. Then you need a good push in the door to get it open (which again makes it counter-intuitive the door is actually unlocked). The door handle is wobbly, probably due to every visitor trying to follow the unlocking instructions and failing, then pulling on the thing. I would advise the property to review the instruction on the door and maybe change or refurbish the handle and hinge to the door.

Cool little apartment. Just what we needed.

There were 3 of us staying and the apartment didn't have 3 of everything we needed.

This is a lovely apartment, perfectly located in the centre of Algeciras right on Plaza Alta. Communication from the host was excellent with easy to follow directions and check in instructions. The apartment is small, but well equipped (apart from only having one cup). Shower gel, toilet roll, and washing up liquid provided. No kettle, but able to boil water on the stove. Smart TV so we were able to log in to our own Netflix account which was great. The bed was very comfortable!
