"Great place, but certainly ask for necessities prior to arrival."

The apartment was centrally located near plenty of restaurants and stores.

The owners knew the wifi connection was out and didn’t warn me ahead of time, so I wasn’t able to book elsewhere and unable to do my work, and no compensation was offered.

"Passable"

Great location but not noisy! Lots of space and light. Good and quick communication with host. We were able to check in an hour earlier. Great shower and extra items like an iron and kitchen items. Beautiful view to the church in front of the window.

On the first look the appartment looks tidy because the interior is nice but it urgently needs a deep clean and items replaced. The sofa, the towels and sheets were stained and had hair on it, and there was old dirt in all corners. We felt like we didn't even want to take our shoes off and we are usually not super picky. The dishes were not clean either and we even had a used mug in the cupboard. Every piece of furniture has some damage to it. The bed is extremly soft (maybe worn out?). I would've easily given the place a 9 or above given that it's very pretty and in a great location but it definitely lacked care.
