Very nice apartment clean and safe. It’s well equipped and there is a comfortable parking. We loved the location, right in the center along the Long street. It is safe during the day, but we avoided walking around after dark. Very clear and prompt remote instructions for check in and out. Polite concierge.

We felt cold in August, especially in the bedrooms. Without heating the rooms are humid, fortunately there are thick blankets.

Location great, good security, good parking and communication. Modern interior.

Was a bit cold but it was a real stormy winter week! Could have done with a few extra blankets. Extremely continuous weed smell in hallways and elevator, but hosts not to blame I guess.

Location was great! Had safe parking. The apartment had everything we needed. You could see Table Mountain from the balcony.

Arranging the keys was a mission and the staff was super unfriendly.

Central location, very safe apartment, easy to communicate with receptionist and householder.

The surrounding places are very loud, but when you close the windows, there will be no problem.

The apartment is large, very well maintained and the price for its location and size is great. I’ve been living there three times by now and would always go back if it is available.

The only thing you could consider a downside is that depending on the wind situation you might get some restaurant smells on to the balcony. Not a big deal and it doesn’t impact the overall experience. You should be aware though if you plan to use the balcony excessively.

Location of the building in Cape Town, size of the apartment, cleanliness, overall great maintained apartment. If you don’t want to make your own coffee, visit the videa coffee across the street. Two bathrooms, i.e. one per bedroom. Value for price considering size and location is great.
