16 on Bree luxury studio apartment with city mountain sea views

The self check in process was quick. The apartment itself was very modern and awesome views. It was very easy to locate the unit without any challenges.

There is no housekeeping services during the stay. It would be nice if that can be built into the costing. No one wants to worry about cleaning an apartment when travelling. Bath soaps were not provided. It would be great to have this disclosed on the listing so that one can bring along all necessities that won’t be provided. Waking up to take a shower and finding no bath soap was a bit of a disappointment.

I liked the views from the apartment.

The wifi was off out of bundle on the same day of the check in and I couldnt watch tv until the last day of our stay the Wi-Fi only worked the 2nd day for our cellphones only. The temperature of the property was cold especially at night. When I contacted the person in charge, he seemed clueless about solving the issue.

I am extremely unhappy with the lack of respect I have been given. I desperately need a vat invoice for my stay,I have asked numerous times but no one has gad the decency to reply to me.

Very secure system

It was freezing cold in the room and the air conditioner was stuck on 19°. No heating whatsoever. I even caught flu because of the temperature. I was in a fridge for 2 nights basically.

The location was perfect for what we needed to do and security and security personnel were excellent

The flat needs a slight upgrading,the settee looks badly graunched but is comfortable enough so maybe just reupholster,the pot and pan were terribly scratched and unusable as they were teflon.

Great location, good security, amazing hospitality and view. The room is beautiful, host is amazing and place is beautiful. Highly recommended.

We only had a pair of towel, and for more than 2 days it is too much for me. But we managed to talk with the host and paid the housekeeping that came and changed the towels and sheets.
