16 on Bree luxury studio apartment with city mountain sea views

Location perfect Security 24 hours Check in went smoothly Good communication with the host. Loved the views and the 27th Floor pool and bar Amazing

Attend to the shower that leaks a bit No beach towels but not a big issue came with my own.

The location and staff

There was no breakfast, the location was great

The room was dirty with a carpet that definitely needs to be cleaned, my partner and I had some bad irritation, and we suspected bed bugs. Very hard to get hold of the agent Tony instead the building owner came to our rescue at all times

The views were amazing

The bathroom wasn't clean as I could see hair on the floor, I booked for 2 night's my room wasn't cleaned, and no towel changed either.

Proximity to V&A and others

The bathroom tile and couch is very disappointing cos it was full of dents. The couch looks very old and the leather is pilling off. The carpet is a total disappointment. It looks like old abandon rag. No changing of sheets for the 4 nights and no balcony as well.

Everything, the area is fantastic, the rooms are super clean with a great view, Aircon amazing, definitely booking again next time when I am in Cape town.

Nothing

The apartment is beautiful and clean. The pool and the entire area, including the bar is thr cherry on top.

Checking in was a mission. The security guard assisting us got our names mixed up and had to start the process from scratch. Took about an hour. On the day of checkout, I was locked out of the apartment. My fingerprint stopped working. This was early (9am) before check out time. I was stuck in the parking lot, unable to go upstairs, until after what felt like forever, a couple was coming out, and I was able to access to building. That was a terrible and scary experience.
