16 on Bree luxury studio apartment with city mountain sea views

Superb location. Very clean area with beautiful city views. The security personnel were very friendly and always willing to assist. The bed was very comfortable. The whole apartment accommodated us nicely

The aircon remote need some attention. The pots also need to be upgraded now but they still cook well. And the couch also need some attention.

The location is very central and convenient. The swimming pool and pool bar are nice amenities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment itself was not in the condition we expected. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and we were advised by the owner to open the windows and use the anti-tobacco spray provided in the bathroom. The floors were dirty, with hair and other particles visible. The kitchen countertop and the area under the stovetop were also dirty, and the pot and pan provided had not been properly cleaned. There were a few missing or inconvenient items as well, such as no mirror in the room and no conversion plug for the hairdryer. The mop stored in the broom cupboard (which forms part of the wardrobe) smelled mouldy, which made it unpleasant to hang clothes in the wardrobe. In addition, the furniture felt old and not very clean. With more regular deep cleaning and some maintenance, this apartment could be a great place to stay given its excellent location and friendly staff.

Consistency on the staff at the reception. There were no toiletries and no Milk...maybe they should also get a better instant coffee.

The Location

Very disappointing stay at Unit 2604 at 16 on Bree. The apartment smelled like smoke when we arrived, the couch was old and worn out, and the TV didn’t work. The electricity went off twice during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the host was rude and unprofessional. We were told to pay extra for electricity even though we had already paid in full, and this was never communicated in the booking policies. Overall, not worth the stress. I would not recommend this unit.
