The unit matched the photos on the web page. Everything was clean.

The access card did not work. We had to wait outside on the street every time we went out, waiting for the security guard to open for us. We initially thought that we probably did not know how to work it. The security then confirmed that the card did not work. Passers by warned us that the suburb isn't safe for us to be waiting outside. Despite notifying the host nothing was done. We did not feel safe stepping out again and decided to check out a day early and forfeit the money paid for the last night's stay.

Everything.

On the border of Woodstock/Salt River a perfect location to explore Kaap Stad.

The sound of the Wind is loud!

The apartment is beautiful! Absolutely lovely, it's modern, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend of self-catering. Walking up to the views of Table Mountain is a treat. The bedrooms are a decent size, both with modern en suites. The bedroom on the top floor has a little seating area with a desk. The kitchen is well-equipped. The lounge has a decent couch and a large flat-screen smart TV, with a few streaming services available.

The location is a bit busy and noisy at night, as it is in a central area, I would take caution if you go exploring the area alone, but that isn't the host's fault. There was no information booklet available in the apartment. So accessing some of the streaming services was not possible, it required me to "sign in" and input a password. The apartment can get very hot in summer. Although there are beautiful big windows, they can't be opened during windy periods, so a fan or aircon would complete the apartment.
