Area was nice and quiet and very relaxing. Nice and cozy setup. Enjoyed the Netflix and the free WiFi was an added bonus. The extra blankets was a nice touch. The coffee we enjoyed very much. Everything was clean and neat.

The fact that there was no couch to sit and watch television. The chairs is comfortable, but I think a couch would've been better.
