Great space, a desk to work on, clean, fantastic value for money. Host very responsive when I had questions. Good location

The shower door is difficult to shut, there was no shower gel which would have been good. As its self catering some sauces like ketchup would have been good. There's no clock in any room, this would be good. There's a washing machine which is brilliant, but no tablets so I couldn't use it

The place was very spacious and comfortable.. Excellent value for money Easy access to Liverpool city centre

The only issue was the keys for the front doors. We struggled to open then especially the inner door

Great location and very spacious with comfortable beds and good quality linen. The communication and guest book etc was great. It was very quiet but only a 15-minute taxi to the centre, which cost £10. It was much cheaper to stay here and travel in than stay in the centre.

We arrived late and all the curtains were closed so we didn't realise my son's bedroom window was open and it was freezing all night. The checkout instructions request the crockery and cutlery to be cleaned on departure, which we would always do, but it hadn't been checked before we arrived as there was jam and egg on the crockery and the cupboard.

We liked the comfortable space so we could travel as a family group . The location was very convenient for buses and local facilities but also very peaceful so we slept well.

We struggled a bit with the keys despite instructions and would have liked a second set for when we were doing different things. We weren't sure about what to do about useful food left overs, some places encourage you to leave them, others prefer you to bin them. A hint would be good. Only one bin-we do try to recycle. A microwave dish would have been useful . Quite a lot of little internal stairs. Hard to remember in the night. Shampoo not provided (I normally bring this but forgot ).
