Mersey View, Two Bedroom Apartment, Liverpool

Great location, spacious and comfy apartment. Good layout

The flat, its decor, its facilities were all suberb & cannot be faulted.

TRYING TO OPEN THE MAIN DOOR LOCK WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, & ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION, & FOR ALL THREE OF US WHO WERE STAYING THERE. THERE ARE A SET OF INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO OPEN THE DOOR, THEY WERE FOLLOWED EXACTLY AS STATED, BUT FOR REASONS UNKNOWN THEY DID NOT WORK, & THEN (& VERY RANDOMLY) ON ONE OCCASION THE DOOR UNLOCKED & WE WERE ABLE TO GET IN. HOWEVER BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE WE DECIDED ON 2 THINGS, THE FIRST BEING THAT WE WOULD NOT BE STAYING THERE FOR THE 2 NIGHTS WE HAD PAID FOR AS WE WERE NOT PREPARED TO GO THROUGH THE ORDEAL I REFER TO ABOVE AGAIN & SO WE BOOKED OUR SECOND NIGHT AT A TRAVELODGE. THE SECOND THING WE DONE IS THAT INSTEAD OF ALL THREE OF US GOING OUT FOR A MEAL THAT FIRST NIGHT ONLY 2 OF US WOULD GO OUT SO SOMEONE WOULD BE BE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR IF THE PROBLEM RE-OCCURRED. THE ABOVE REFERRED TO LOCK INCIDENT/S PUT AN ABSOLUTE DAMPER ON OUR STAY AS WELL AS COSTING US AN ADDITIONAL £60 FOR OUR TRAVELODGE ROOM. THERE IS A GUESTBOOK IN THE FLAT & THERE IS AT LEAST ONE ENTRY IN IT FROM A PREVIOUS GUEST HAVING A SIMILAR THING HAPPEN TO THEM. WE CONTACTED ONE OF THE NAMED CONTACTS AND TOLD HIM WHAT WE HAD GONE THROUGH, HE INFORMED US THAT WE WERE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD HAD THESE PROBLEMS RECENTLY. I GUESS WE ARE MIGHTY UNLUCKY. NEVERTHELESS THE FLAT ITSELF IS TERRIFIC.

Very spacious and large

TV was really small and hard to work

Nice large bed, tidy, well located for train and beach, good facilities in the kitchen, nice touch to leave milk and tea and coffee.

Damp patches on the walls and the lack of lighting apart from the overhead lights in the lounge. Could do with a few large paintings on the walls just to make it a bit more homely.

not messy at all and was very clean really was a hidden gem amazing for value for what your paying its very secure and safe

it shows a house on one of the last slides but its a single door inbetween two diffrent buildings but its massive inside so worth every penny

A perfect home from home. Plenty of space and well equipt. Very quiet and safe location. Short walk to the local train station, and beach. An easy stay with family of 4 including 2 young children.

Conveniently placed for what we wanted to do. Clean and comfortable. Settees and beds comfortable. Enough comfortable seating for the number of people accommodating

Maybe our fault but didn't realise bathroom on different floor to bedrooms which only problem for us as 90 year old father with us but he coped with them slowly
