La ubicación perfecta, la cocina bien equipada y el aire acondicionado se agredecia mucho. El anfitrión súper amable y estuvo para nosotros en todo momento súper fácil contactar con él.

Základní vybavení, cena odpovídala kvalitě. Koupelna velmi kompaktní. Pěkná klidná lokalita, v blízkosti malé markety i zastávky MHD. Dobrá dostupnost do centra.

Nic zásadního. Za tuto cenu jsem neočekávala žádný luxus. Kuchyň by mohla být lépe vybavená (v troubě nebyl plech).

The location is decent, 25mins from the city centre and beautiful parks.

AVOID. The apartment was in the middle of renovation work. Every morning of my trip 8AM-11AM there were very loud construction noises waking me up early and the view from the apartment was completely blocked (despite "Apartment with a garden view" reservation). To make things even worse, the scaffolding was exactly at the window level, forcing me to keep the curtains closed all the time to have any level of privacy. The whole experience was loud, dark and causing headaches... BUT THAT'S NOT ALL! I contacted the apartment owner and explained the situation. He offered me a 40% refund (!) but only if I write a positive (10/10) review. I agreed to that deal, wrote the review and... HE STOPPED RESPONDING. NO REFUND MONEY EVER TRANSFERRED. Confort (saltea f confortabila), curățenie, apă fierbinte, căldură, liniște, curățenie, comunicare optimă cu proprietarul (răspunsuri rapide), atmosfera primitoare.
