Very clean and quiet place, equipped with everything that is needed.

I recommend it 100%, the property is in excellent condition both in terms of maintenance and cleanliness, there is a kitchen, a washing machine, a fridge and a perfect bed for 2 people, air conditioning, and it is in a quiet and silent place, the owner is very kind and gives all the necessary information, 2 minutes away there is a shop and I open until 10pm. Fully satisfied

the property was comfortable and the host really nice guy and really helpful and responded really well to communication via whats app and addressed any concerns and was very patient when i struggled to find the place - comfortable stay for a female solo traveler on the ground floor flat . I found the area safe except for one night when i missed transport links and got back around 1.00 am but this wasn't the issue of the property location its just the streets were quiet in this area and there were some guys hanging around with friends on the walk from the metro or bus stops - i think if your a solo female traveler its a question of thinking about how to get home late at night and to be honest i think a taxi after 12 -1.00 am is probably the safest option as it would be anywhere not just this particular accommodation . its not something often dont need to take into account if your staying right in a busy city centre. The location was close to two metro stops about 15 min walk to either the bus stop was closer but keep an eye on timetables as some dont run as late on a weekday

I found the door numbering a bit confusing but that was probably just me as nobody else mentioned it on their reviews - maybe a warning that you might see the odd creature in these old buildings - although the flat was perfectly clean they can find old pipes etc to find their way in.

Great host, very accommodating and friendly, communicative and customer focused. Detailed and clear instructions for checking in and out. The place is a great value for money choice for a solo traveller but could work for couples too, albeit small it's cozy and the bed is large. Located in a block of flats in a quiet area I can say I slept very well.

It is on the fourth floor which was fine with me but might present a challenge for the elderly

I liked the quiet area and the accessibility to all the means of transport. I found the bed comfortable, and the apartment had a full set of amenities (fridge, microwave, oven, etc.) The apartment was clean and we had available products to help maintain the cleaness during a longer stay. The host was very communicative and ready to help. The key was easy to retrieve and return.

I personally like being a little closer to the metro in Bucharest and the apartment is located between 2 metro entrances, but they are not that close. However, it's not that big of an inconvenience since there are multiple trams and busses close by, due to the central positioning.

Absolutely fabulous! Lovely ground floor studio apartment. Spotlessly clean and everything was new.. Very comfortable bed with great bedding. Adjustable heating. I didn't need to use the AC. Great power shower. Fridge, microwave, full cooker, coffee machine and everything you need and more. Lovely soft towels. Small shop and large supermarket very close by. 20 minutes walk to town. I used Uber and Bolt taxis as it was only about £3/£4 each way. Easy check in and out via key box. Super communication from friendly host. Amazing value for money. I am a solo traveller and felt very safe here and in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.
