The property is well located and good value for money. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate.

Well equipped Good location Excellent communication. The coffee machine was missing upon arrival. After discussing the issue with Mihai and suggesting that a capsule machine may work well here he bought and delivered this in the same evening.

Missing a chair and the mattress is ready for replacement but I'd say this might be fixed for the next guest given Mihai's prompt response to feedback. 🙂 4th floor without a lift. Keels you active so depending on your view this can be a pro or a con

Very small, but fully equipped apartment. It has everything you need for a few nights. Host is very responsive and friendly.

There is some noise - nothing too crazy, but noticeable. You can hear neighbours through the walls and sounds from outside even when the windows are closed. The AC is also louder than usual. For someone who requires complete silence to sleep well, this might not be the best choice

Cozy apartment with everything you need. The AC was on when we arrived and it was such a good and refreshing surprise with the high temperatures from Bucharest.

Nothing bad...Besides the fact that after a storm, the water on tap ran brown for about 5 minutes before it cleared, but this is an issue in the whole region, not an issue specific to this accommodation.
