Hyde Park on the Square III

Property well maintained,very well located for centre of city,excellent.

Property was well located, close enough to enjoy walking to the waterfront or to Longstreet. we really enjoyed playing tourists on the Red bus tour which closest stop was five mins walk away. Buying food or eating out were both easy and close. Nicole was really helpful and nice with us. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The place was quiet at night although the roads around were busy. Additional blankets and a heater were at our disposal for the cold nights.

The furniture and infrastructure were a bit old and some of them would require to be changed. BUT to be honest, the price of the location was not excessive so spending a week there was ok. we did not have the cleaning during our stay which was perfectly fine; however we would have loved to have a set of clean towels/ bath matt after 4 days.

The apartment has everything I need and I really felt at home, it's very clean and super self contained and secure. I was not afraid for my child when gone to the University.

The only thing I didn't like was the behavior of other people in the same flat, they were smoking on the corridor and the smoke going into the rooms and at times I will wake up with blocked nose. The saloon at the entrance was horrible with a lot of men sitting near the entrance smoking and making noise, I will be fearing safety if I arrive in the evening.

Would have preferred a queen size bed.

The property is at a very good location

The street kids outside the property always begging, making you feel so uncomfortable. There was also an unpleasant smell on the hallway of the property

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city while still being a peaceful retreat to come back to. Nicole was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and accommodating, ensuring my stay was smooth from start to finish. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the place feel like home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town and would definitely stay here again.
