"Pleasant"

Location was perfect and host attentive

Flat felt damp, towels were damp and stained. Sofa was very uncomfortable.

The location was great, very easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment was very comfortable, good temperature and great condition. The TV worked great. Amazing internet. I will recommend this place!

"Great location and lovely stay at this apartment!"

The location was great for the wedding we attended in Leith, as we still had easy access to the city centre. The apartment was clean, light and comfortable. Our host was also super flexible and kind - allowing us to check in a bit earlier so we could get ready for the wedding we were attending!

It's very minor, but there's a lockbox on the railing of the building above and we thought that was the lockbox! So perhaps just pointing out it's on the railing next to the garden flat.

Owner was very accommodating to my requests and very helpful. I would totally recommend.

The location is not good with people having heavy luggage, as the tram stop is slightly away and only bus serving the area.

"Perfect base to explore Edinburgh."

Excellent location with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in Broughton Street itself as well as a lovely deli across the road. A perfect base to explore Edinburgh as very close to everything. Also buses and trams very close by although easy to walk everywhere too. Comfortable flat with good facilities.

Could have done with a shelf in the bathroom to put things on and needed a longer shower curtain as water from shower went all over floor.
