Totale assenza staff, puoi comunicare solo tramite email automatiche e in lingua inglese. Zero contatto, zero accoglienza. Nulla da mangiare/bere nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua "di cortesia"... insomma ok ma tocca arrangiarsi su tutto e per fortuna non abbiamo avuto problemi... ma se avessimo avuto anche una sola rogna (es. Riscaldamento guasto o altro) non avremmo avuto la più pallida idea di chi contattare. Costo esagerato rispetto ad altre soluzioni ma purtroppo ce ne siamo resi conto tardi .

Location is great. Close to Stockbridge, Broughton Street and the city centre with coffee shops and convenience stores just a minute or two away. Well equipped kitchen and effortless central heating.

There was a 'British Bulldog' cushion featuring a Union Jack, which we found a bit disturbing, and will not be to everyone's taste. But we were able to hide it while we were there. Chacun a son gout. :-)

La douche est très bien. La cuisine est bien équipée. La TV est de bonne qualité. L'emplacement est agréable, calme. Le lit est ferme (j'aime bien mais ma femme a détesté).

La fenêtre de la chambre à coucher est beaucoup trop dure à fermer, c'est un gros problème. Le canapé est vieux et n'est pas confortable. Les coussins du lit sont très mous (je n'aime pas).

Fully equipped apartment with huge new and immaculate bathroom, and washer and dryer. Good location to new town and Botanical Gardens. Long walk but doable to Old Town.

Entry below street level down a small staircase was difficult with luggage. Furniture in the lounge a bit worn and uncomfortable couch.

Very comfortabe accomodation, well equipped and conveniently located to reach all attractions. Best communication and most friendly support. We enjoyed our stay!
