Fabulous location in the Stockbridge neighborhood of New Town. One block from picturesque Circus Lane. We loved the private entrance and quiet street. Easy enough walk from the airport tram on Princes St. The 23 and 27 buses were very close by but it's definitely walkable to The Royal Mile if you don't mind a bit of a hill (we are 67 and 72). Easy walk to the shopping/dining/charity shops area of Stockbridge and to the Water of Leith Walkway. Tesco Express around the corner and a Tesco Superstore 10 minutes away by foot for groceries. Immaculate flat with well-equipped kitchen. Great shower and the coziest of beds. Washer + dryer worked well. Ease of check in and communication with our hosts was deeply appreciated. We have stayed in apartments all over Europe and this was the most well-organized experience yet. Check in video and comprehensive information provided by the hosts made the entire stay absolutely seamless. We were allowed to check in early for a nominal fee which we were so grateful for. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

A perfect apartment near the city center. Perfectly designed, cozy and well equipped - microwave, laundry machine, etc. Cozy bed, big TV. Around 10 minutes walk from the city center in a quiet street. Highly reccomend!!!
