"Very comfortable flat, everything we needed for our stay."

It was very tastefully decorated with good facilities. Lovely aspect overlooking the garden and very quiet location.

As there were 4 of us staying it would have been great if you could squeeze in one more comfy chair. The shower was powerful but as a result the shower tray got full very quickly. It may need a clean out so that the water drains away quickly.

"The area is big rough. Understandably there’s nothing hosts can do about it."

A lovely little apartment and perfect for our family of three. Very good communication from the hosts. Great location. big Sainsbury’s is just 5 min walk. 2 min to the bus stop and 10min walk to the tram stop. Apartment was clean, had all the equipments.

"Ended up seeking alternative accommodation as the smell made us nauseous."

Not enough seating for three people in the lounge, single bedroom absolutely tiny with the bed wedged in between two walls, smell of rotting food coming from the bathroom, entrance extremely uninviting and parking not really adequate.

"Nice cozy apartment. Close to the centre of town"

Garden outlook. Closeness of public transport.

Second bedroom was smaller than expected with no windows. The shower seemed blocked. For three adults staying there was a lacking of seating. Failed to mention that it was up one flight of stairs until booked.

The light and brightness of the flat with the high ceilings. good transport links to the city centre. supermarkets are very close by

Interior was extremely modern and clean. Facilities and amenities were all excellent and functioning well. Location was unbeatable - takes no time to walk downstairs to the bus stop to take us direct to city Center, 3 min walk to a huge Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, McD, a short walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and takeaways of all cuisines. There is a huge entertainment park 12 min walk or short bus ride away as well with a Gravity trampoline park, a Genting casino, an IMEX, a 10-pin bowling, many restaurants and bars and even a night club which is amazing. Bed and bedding were comfy and super clean. Netflix and all the entertainment. Very impressed. Gill was excellent - gave clear instruction before arrival and always available to advise via Booking.com messages when we had questions.

Nothing I could complain about.
