no tv service . Samsung tv had no digital Ariel . bt tv box had no channels setup , available fire stick was so intermittent and buffering you couldn’t watch it . entry instructions I correct

The location is good, with easy access to the city centre. Gill replies quickly and politely.

You are supposed to put all your bed linen, towels, bath mat and tea towel into the linen bag and take the rubbish out to black bins on the street, which is a bit excessive. There is no privacy in the bathroom as there is glass on the door and it was not very clean.

The apartment was clean tidy and well equipped.

Parking was horrific. Took us 2 hours to find a parking spot. We nearly drove away for ever! The entrance hall inside the front door was dowdy. It made us wonder what the apartment would look like, but to our surprise it was very pleasant.

Host was very irritating and disturbing a lot many a times.

Very clean, warm and smelt nice. Comfy beds, pillows with fresh bedding. Great location easy access from airport with a short walk from tram, bus stop to the city a stones throw. Nice area with supermarkets and shops all a short walk away. Easy access with key box outside, quiet building and very quiet location. Highly recommend apartment it has all you need.

Bathroom door although had frosted glass was still see through, a curtain could solve that. No long length mirror or mirror on the dressing table for doing hair and make up, just minor things.

Great location, price and facilities.
