Pacific Suites Guayaquil Airport

We have reserved this hotel during our voyage to Guayaquil and it was confirmed. On arrival to the hotel entrance in the night, around 23:30, we found that hotel is closed and nobody attended us. We remained on the street with our luggage in the middle of the night. We did not have mobile internet but we were calling by phone to the number provided by hotel. The street security guy was trying to help us as well. Nobody replied to us, so we had to search another hotel. Strongly, I do not recommend this hotel.

This property is nearby to airport,as we stayed there to take flight of Galapagos on second day . Surrounding area is too safe and quiet. Otherwise Guayaquil is famous for unsafe. But we felt so secure and comfortable in this property.

Rooms were not properly cleaned.. we don’t use shoes in rooms ,so on barefoot we realised that it was not cleaned neatly.
