Department and the building is exactly as it was described.
unfortunately upon arriving to the apartment there was a very strong cigarette smell. Which I initially thought it was in the apartment. But I later found that the neighbor on the other side of the bedroom is a heavy smoker in the mornings. Which is a huge problem for me. I have an extreme reaction to cigarette smoke. If it’s something that bothers you I would definitely think twice about this location. I basically left the windows wide-open the entire time I was there.
