Luxury Travel Emporium HG1 - 2 Luxury apartments with Parking Space - in town centre

The apartment was very spacious.

A slight musky smell downstairs i believe to it being underground.

I could not access the property due to the steps outside uneven and no handrail

Dirty on arrival. Wifi did not work. The bedrooms are next to the train station, so noise all night. Single-glazed windows. Cold. Bad smell. Mouldy bathrooms/ showers. Intermittent fault with central heating and hot water. The freezer was frosted up. Blinds were on the floor. Marks on walls on arrival. Stains on all the couches on arrival. Terrible communication after arrival (I was booked in for 2 weeks). I tried to cancel so I could go somewhere not gross and terrible. I was given wishy-washy answers about whether or not I would be able to get a refund and go elsewhere. This fact meant I was packing my bags every day in the hope that I could leave what essentially is a student flat with bouji decor. The heating and hot water stopped working, and rather than send someone out, they gave me instructions on how to reinstate the heating. It's overpriced aswell.

Good location, just 10 minutes walk to town centre

Lighting is only just sufficient. Brighter bulbs in the rooms would make a difference

Central location Warm and cozy bedding

A little rough around the edges. Carpets need replacing. Shower very slippy Photos make it look like a new apartment but it’s an old renovated house Hardly a matching champagne glass in the kitchen. Not sure how the glasses or decent sized cups can accommodate more than 4 people. It’s a basic requirement having matching glasses.
