Luxury Travel Emporium HG1 - 2 Luxury apartments with Parking Space - in town centre

Location, number of bedrooms.

Wasn't as clean as I would expect- loads of mould in the bottle holder in the shower, dust and hair in corner and something on the side of one of the fabric bed frames. The bathroom toilet had a leak while we were there meaning it was out of order overnight. It was fixed while we were out the next day but when we returned the top cistern had been left angled off the wall only half on the bracket, so we avoided using it. The kitchen seemed to have other guests' left sugar and tupperware in still?! 3 of the 4 bedrooms are in the basement and it smelled a little of damp. The fourth, single bedroom felt a tad claustrophobic as the window was small and high and didn't open.

As I've already mentioned in the emails I sent whilst we there, to which I still have not had a reply... The apartment was not clean. There was a toothpick left of the sink downstairs!! There also was no wifi. The network details emailed didn't even show and the information left in the apartment was outdated so wouldn't connect. There was only one coffee pod left. The cafe tier was broken. The dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid... The heating came on full whack in the early hours of the morning so we all cooked in bed and had no idea how to control it! I could go on :(

There was some initial uncertainty as the previous occupant had not secured the lock box correctly so entering the code was a problem.

A hen party in the next building had parked one of their vehicles in the allocated space for our apartment. Whilst I resolved this it did take a while and I suspect this would not have been the first nor last time. I would suggest some form of signage at the rear of the buildings clearly identifying parking spaces.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Very spacious and excellent value for money. Great location and includes parking. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Excellent communication from staff. Would highly recommend.
